Safe Arrival - Parent Instructions

We ask that you please contact the school office by phone or email prior to 8:30 am, if you know your child will be late or absent.

In the future, when we go live with SafeArrival, you will be asked to report your child’s absence in advance using any of 3 convenient methods listed below.

These options will be available 24 hours/day, 7 days a week, and future absences can be reported at any time. 

1. SchoolMessenger App

• Using your mobile device, download and install the SchoolMessenger App from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store (or from the links at https://go.schoolmessenger.ca). The first time you use the app, select Sign Up to create your account. You will be asked to verify your email address, so please check your junk folder if you don't see a confirmation email after a few minutes.

• Use the SafeArrival website, https://go.schoolmessenger.ca. The first time you use the website, select Sign Up to create your account.
  
  
  

• Call the toll-free number to report an absence using the automated phone system (number to be announced).
